1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Navbharat Holidays, Ahmedabad. By booking a tour, travel package, hotel, cruise, insurance, car, bus, railway, or airline ticket with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

2.1 GENERAL BOOKING TERMS

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, government regulations, or other factors.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the terms of the specific service booked.
  • Every quote has different terms as per local law, supplier, and season, which are also applicable.
  • Before quoting or booking, you must clarify your citizenship, as some states or countries have different rates based on nationality for hotels, sightseeing, airfare, etc.
  • International and domestic bookings are subject to respective country or region-specific rules, including visa requirements, taxes, and supplier conditions.
  • Meal plans provided by hotels are based on their kitchen availability and the menu selected as per the package quote mentioned inclusions.
  • At the time of booking, customers must provide valid government-issued ID proof. Any changes after booking will be the customer’s responsibility, and any penalties incurred will be borne by the customer.
  • Before booking, please read the package inclusions/exclusions mentioned properly. Any service not listed in the inclusions will not be included in your cost.
  • All other tours/package terms are applicable as per the specific quotation provided.
  • We are not responsible for your unconfirmed railway ticket. If the ticket is not confirmed, the customer must pay for an alternate arrangement.
  • During road journeys, AC may not work in hilly areas for cars.
  • Hill station hotels may have AC/fan availability subject to the hotel’s policy, and heater charges may be extra.
  • The company is not responsible for hotel policies regarding extra charges for additional services (e.g., meals, mini-bar, Wi-Fi, laundry, heater, tips, etc.).
  • Please select your package carefully as per your budget & hotel mentioned list. Verify hotel details and reviews on Google. If any hotel/service does not fulfill your requirements, Navbharat Holidays is not responsible. Any changes/upgrade in Hotel/Room or additional services will be subject to extra charges.
  • If the road is not in proper condition, the car will not be forced to drive.
  • Vehicles may not be allowed in certain areas/timings as per local Rules, guests must pay extra amounts directly for alternative arrangements.
  • You must follow and strictly adhere to all local union/government rules. Navbharat Holidays is not responsible for any issues arising due to non-compliance.
  • During the tour/package, any kind of attraction booking (e.g., sightseeing, darshan, gondola, border permit, boat ride, helicopter / charter flight booking, jungle safari, Laser Show etc.) is not guaranteed by Navbharat Holidays. You must book directly on the official website using your credit/debit card only.
  • During the tour/package, any kind of violation, use of misleading words, or misbehaviour will result in the immediate termination of all services. The customer will be responsible for any loss incurred, and no refund will be provided for the remaining portion of the tour.
  • Night journeys are strongly not recommended. If any accidents, thefts, or issues occur during a night journey, the customer is solely responsible, as they have accepted the itinerary and booked accordingly.
  • Every sightseeing/place has a proper paid tour guide available, and the cost will be extra unless mentioned in your tour cost inclusion. You must arrange and pay directly at the time of service.
  • Major sectors/countries provide point-to-point vehicle service or time-based service on a disposable basis. Please clarify and understand your transport service properly before booking.
  • “Rates are not valid during short vacations, peak seasons, high-demand periods, or blackout dates such as Christmas, Diwali, and other major holidays.”
  • 5% GST is applicable on all bookings. ( Rates may change as per Government Regulations )

2.2 PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payments can be made in the name of “Navbharat Holidays” via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or online payment gateways. (extra payment gateways charges apply )
  • The client must pay the full amount before the 20 days of departure date, unless otherwise specified.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation without a notice/refund.
3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

3.1 GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation charges depend on the service booked and the timeline before departure.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-30 working days depending on the service provider.
  • No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
  • Refund processing fees and bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the final amount.

3.2 SPECIFIC CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation policies vary based on the type of booking and service provider. The following conditions apply:

3.2.1 Tour / Customise Packages

Specific cancellation charges on the package rate (subject to change) are as follows:

  • 30 days or more before departure – 30% of the total package cost
  • 20 to 29 days before departure – 60% of the total package cost. 
  • 7 to 19 days before departure – No refund
  • 3.2.2 Hotel / Cruises/ Flights/Train/Bus Tickets Bookings

Subject to the cancellation policies of the respective Service.

Non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

3.2.3 Car Rentals

Cancellation charges apply as per the rental provider’s policy.

3.2.4 International & Domestic Bookings

Cancellations and changes are subject to the specific airline, hotel, or service provider’s policy, along with applicable country regulations.

3.3 AIRLINE BOOKINGS SPECIFIC TERMS

  • Airfare is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
  • Name changes after ticket issuance are not allowed as per airline policies.
  • Date or flight changes may be subject to airline penalties and fare differences.
  • Airlines may charge additional fees for baggage, seat selection, and other services.
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling are subject to the airline’s policies, and Navbharat Holidays is not liable for such changes, please verify all details Time / Terminal etc 24-48 hrs before your Journey, directly on Airline Customer Care Number/ Email.
  • Group Booking / Private Fares / Promotional Fares are 100% Non-Refundable.
  • Passengers must check visa and travel requirements before booking.

3.4 RAILWAY BOOKINGS SPECIFIC TERMS

  • Railway ticket bookings are subject to Indian Railways rules and availability.
  • RAC (Reservation Against Cancellation) and WL (Waitlist) tickets are not guaranteed confirmations.
  • Customers must check their PNR status before travel.
  • Train timings, platforms, and schedules are subject to changes by Indian Railways, and Navbharat Holidays is not responsible for any inconvenience caused.
  • If a confirmed railway ticket is not available, the customer must arrange an alternative at their own cost.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY  

4.1 MODIFICATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE

  • In case of force majeure conditions, the Company reserves the right to change, modify, vary, or alter the tour itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly. Such changes shall be communicated before or during the tour. Any additional charges due to such changes must be paid by the tourist.
  • No complaints, compensation, or refunds will be entertained for limitations or non-availability of certain services (e.g., museums, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, etc.) even if included in the itinerary.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances (other than force majeure), if any part of the tour is curtailed, missed, or not provided from the Company’s side, only that portion of the amount for the missed service will be refunded. No other claims or demands will be entertained.

4.2 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates, etc.).
  • The customer must comply with all local laws and regulations.
  • Navbharat Holidays is not responsible for any refusal of entry due to invalid documents.

4.3 COMPANY LIABILITY

  • We act only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, cruise lines, etc.).
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third parties.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes), we will make reasonable efforts to assist but are not responsible for losses.
  • The tour operator acts as an agent for hotels, transport, airlines, and other service providers.
  • The tour operator is not liable for:
    • Any delays, cancellations, or rescheduling of flights or transport.
    • Loss of baggage, accidents, injuries, or health issues during travel.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
  • Navbharat Holidays strongly recommends travel insurance for all travelers.
  • Insurance policies cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays.
  • Claims must be made directly with the insurance provider.
6. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, or pandemics.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Guj.-India.
8. DATA PRIVACY & PROTECTION
  • We comply with Indian IT Act, GDPR, and other data protection laws.
  • Personal data is used only for processing bookings and improving our services.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.
